Permissive Referendum
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a Town Board meeting held August 15, 2024, the Town of Lowville Town Board adopted a resolution authorizing the expenditure of up to Sixty-seven thousand one hundred nineteen and 00/100 dollars ($67,119.00) from the Highway Equipment Reserve Fund for the purpose of purchasing a new 2024 Ford F-450 XL truck with dump box and Eight thousand, nine hundred forty-five dollars ($8,945.00) for the purpose of purchasing a new Fisher XV2 plow. This resolution is subject to permissive referendum.

SPECIAL MEETING
September 9, 2024 8:00 a.m.
The Town Board of the Town of Lowville will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, September 9, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. at the Town Hall, 5533 Bostwick Street, Lowville, New York.
The purpose of the meeting is to work on the Budget for 2025 and any other business that comes before the board.
