Purchase from Highway Equipment Reserve Subject to Permissive Referendum

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a Town Board meeting held November 16, 2023, the Town of Lowville Town Board adopted a resolution authorizing the expenditure of up to Two hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-six dollars ($249,996.00) from the Highway Equipment Reserve Fund for the purpose of purchasing a new 2024 CAT 938 14A Wheel Loader.  This resolution is subject to permissive referendum.

CERTIFICATE OF NO REFERENDUM

The undersigned is the duly appointed and acting Town Clerk of Lowville.  On July 20, 2023, the Town of Lowville Town Board adopted a resolution authorizing the expenditure of funds from the Highway Equipment Reserve Fund.  On August 2, 2023, notice of the adoption of such resolution with an abstract of its terms and notice that such resolution is subject to a permissive referendum was published in the official newspaper of the Town of Lowville.  I hereby certify that more than thirty days have passed since the adoption of such resolution and no petition for a permissive referendum has been filed in my office.

Expenditure subject to permissive referendum

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a Town Board meeting held July 20, 2023, the Town of Lowville Town Board adopted a resolution authorizing the expenditure of up to One hundred sixty-five thousand three hundred eighty-nine dollars and five cents ($165,389.05) from the Highway Equipment Reserve Fund for the purpose of purchasing a new 2025 Mack Tandem truck.  Also, the expenditure of up to One hundred eleven thousand six hundred forty-six dollars and twenty cents ($111,646.20)from the Highway Equipment Reserve Fund for the purpose of purchasing a new Viking Cives box, plow and wings.  This resolution is subject to permissive referendum.

Permissive Referendum Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that  at a Town Board meeting held October 20, 2022, the Town of Lowville Town Board adopted a resolution authorizing the expenditure of up to Fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000.00) from the Highway Equipment Reserve Fund for the purpose of purchasing a new 2023 F350 Pickup Truck .  Also, the expenditure of up to Seven thousand six hundred dollars ($7,600.00)from the Highway Equipment Reserve Fund for the purpose of purchasing a new 8 1/2′ Extreme-V Plow.  This resolution is subject to permissive referendum.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that  at a Town Board meeting held March 17, 2022, the Town of Lowville Town Board adopted a resolution authorizing the expenditure of up to two hundred fifty-eight thousand, nine hundred fifty-one dollars and twenty cents (258,951.20) from the Highway Equipment Reserve Fund for the purpose of purchasing a new 2023 Mack Granite Model GU64FR tandem axle plow chassis with Allison automatic transmission with a Viking Cives plow, wings and sander/dump box .  This resolution is subject to permissive referendum.

Expenditure of Highway Reserve Funds Subject to Permissive Referendum

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that  at a Town Board meeting held August 19, 2021, the Town of Lowville Town Board adopted a resolution authorizing the expenditure of up to fifty-eight thousand, three hundred twenty-five dollars ($58,325.00) from the Highway Equipment Reserve Fund for the purpose of purchasing a new Ford F350 regular cab, dually with dump box and plow.  This resolution is subject to permissive referendum.
