Marriage License Worksheet

This worksheet may be completed in advance of your trip to the Town Clerk’s office to purchase your marriage license.  Please remember to bring your documentation with you (Driver’s License or Photo ID, Birth Certificates, Any and All Divorce Decrees or Death Certificates if you were previously married).  The cost of the license is $40.  If either one of you are active duty military, there is a discount and the cost is $17.50.  You must obtain your marriage license at least 24 hours in advance of the ceremony and it is good for 60 days including date of purchase (longer if active duty military).

Although it is not necessary, making an appointment is a good idea.
