NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that the Town Board of the Town of Lowville will hold a public hearing on May 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Town Hall, 5533 Bostwick Street, Lowville, New York concerning a proposed Local Law titled “A Local Law Establishing Fines and Other Penalties for Violations of Chapter 107 of the Town of Lowville Code With Regard to Dog Control.”  The purpose of the proposed Local Law is to update and establish fines and other penalties for violations of the Town of Lowville Dog Control Law.
