Notice of Expenditure From Highway Reserve Fund

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a Town Board meeting held April 17, 2025, the Town of Lowville Town Board adopted a resolution authorizing the expenditure of up to Three thousand five hundred and 00/100 dollars ($3,500.00) from the Highway Equipment Reserve Fund for the purpose of paying additional costs in purchasing a new 2026 Mack Tandem Dump Truck due to potential tariffs.  This resolution is subject to a permissive referendum.
